Oh and another thing...

Here is the poster I recently made for Alcopop records, and their forth-coming Hometown Heroes gig featuring...

Screaming Maldini, (3rd June, Sheffiled)...

My first tooth, (4th June, Northampton)...

Stagecoach, (5th June, Dorking)...

and Elephants (Folkestone, 6th June)
Coming to a town near you...

Posters posters

Here are a couple of examples of posters I have made for a Folkestone club night. Yeah.

I feel it's quite important for the publicity for such events to really sell an identity to the possible audience, they have to look at the poster or flyer and want to attend. They need to think; this isn't a flyer to a club night that is open to everyone, it is an invite to a party that I want to be part of, and if I attend I will be part of a gang and part of a memorable, special time that everyone will be talking about for the next few weeks.
Then, after your first event you need to keep the momentum going, and use your original identity to pull in the same crowd, plus the people who missed out.
Anyway, enough about world domination for one night!

Sun and funshine

My bedroom seems to catch the best of the days sun, late in the afternoon, that time in the day when everything is more yellow and glowy than normal. Well, Owen Kimm of elephants fame and I decided to make the most of this and see how it came out on camera.
The last image below is in my shadier back garden, trying to catch the last shread of sunshine.

Elephantastic!

Here is some of the work I have done so far for indie popsters Elephants. Here I get to try out much lighter and youthful images in the hopes of putting into pictures their fun energetic sound.

I look forward to working more with Elephants, I'm hoping to take some new press shots for them and perhaps some new artwork for future releases.
Watch this space...

My first post...

Well seeing as this is my first post I will keep it brief and upload some images to try and to get a feeling of what I do...
